Open educational resources are often touted for their potential to reduce the cost of higher education for students, yet a successful OER initiative that results in significant savings for students is not easily accomplished. This session will provide perspectives from three different institutions that have approached OER development and adoption through different organizational structures and varying adoption strategies. Despite their different approaches, all three have been exceptionally successful. Those who attend this session will leave with proven solutions to some of the key challenges facing OER adoption at a range of institution types.
