Implications of the Proposed New Federal Rules for E-Discovery

The federal judiciary has proposed changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which will likely change the way data is currently managed. Although the changes might not take effect until 2006, an overview of the proposed changes and possible IT ramifications will be presented.
