Connecting Digitally

As students "live digitally," librarians and information professionals seek to reach and participate in that world. This presentation will explore a variety of technology services and resources that can be used to be "present" in learning environments, including IT-library courseware partnerships, chat services, IM, Web toolbars, and facebook.com., as well as the practicalities and ethics involved.
