In this session, we will discuss techniques to build and maintain organizational buy-in and ways to solicit participation and feedback from stakeholders, as well as how to design a service that best fits the needs of all students, faculty, and staff (including users who need 508-compliant tools). This session is interactive, so come prepared to share your stories and best practices.
