Budget management and planning, whether large or small, is critical to strategic leadership. With the rapidly changing nature of technology, budget planning can seem like an act of reading a crystal ball. Good budget planning, forecasting, and management can be leveraged for both expected daily operations and unexpected, emerging needs.
