Getting two or more people to agree on just about anything can be a real challenge. How, then, do you get a dozen departments to agree on a technology initiative? Using the example of how we came to a collective decision to upgrade PeopleSoft HRSA from 8.0 to 9.0, we will discuss how Princeton does it.
