This Constituent Group session will provide a forum for the discussion of key issues relating to information technologies. Topics will range from learner-centered principles to technology selection, and the use of information technology to enhance teaching and learning. Instructional technology combines an understanding of pedagogy and technology, and instructional technologists are a diverse group encompassing faculty, staff, and even students, whose professional backgrounds include technologists and subject experts, as well as education and learning theorists.
