When Account Management Is Not Enough: Identity at RIT

RIT successfully developed an extensive set of tools to unify all accounts and directories on campus. The desire to change the student identifier from a Social Security number to a unique ID proved that account unity was not quite enough. This presentation will discuss how existing tools were expanded to include identity management.
