The University of Memphis implemented Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) to provide students, faculty, and staff access to software anywhere, anytime in addition to leveraging some of the benefits of software-usage reporting. The presentation will review the phased implementation of the solution and the lessons learned along the way.
