Case Study: The UNC Classroom Budget Model (True Cost of Ownership)

Thursday, November 05 | 5:55PM–7:10PM | Hall F, Table 4
Session Type: E09 Hybrid
Too often, investment in instructional technology is treated as one-time capital improvement. This session will deconstruct the classroom support budget model approved by the Provost's Classroom Committee at UNC to discover metrics that identify the real, ongoing costs of operating high-tech facilities and to learn to project life-cycle costs, as well as how to qualify and quantify customer support needs.
