Convincing Our Leadership That Project Management Works

In the lofty halls of higher education, little is known about project management (PM). Around here, stating that we are project managers elicits blank looks. Given this lack of knowledge, can we convince our academic leadership that the use of PM methodologies produces strategic benefits? We say, Yes we can!
