Distributed Innovation in the Decentralized Institution

Cost savings, communication, and transparency are essential characteristics of a University of Michigan collaboration to build a shared "interactive digital signage" infrastructure for use by the broader university community. Through this project, a decentralized IT environment has learned powerful lessons and created a successful framework to guide future collaborations.
