Retaining e-mail is a growing concern, but implementing e-mail retention policies that meet legal needs while not inhibiting end users or overwhelming the technology is a staggering task. This presentation will discuss the steps taken by ODU to come up with a plan, gain campus approval, and implement e-mail retention.
