We will discuss various ways institutions are coping in the current financial climate, as well as how IT organizations are helping institutions save money to mitigate the long-term effects of the economic downturn. The focus will be on innovative ways to cut spending without negatively impacting campus IT services. We hope to facilitate open discussion of creative ideas and advance case studies of best practices.
