Assessment and measurement are key competencies for those who manage information technology resources. The Higher Education TechQual+ Project was commissioned in 2005 to create a set of easy-to-use tools to assist with this challenging work. This meeting will provide a project overview and updates on the TechQual+ instrument and website tools for 2009.
