This session will examine failure as a useful step toward successful change efforts based on direct experience with failed efforts. "Spectacular failure" will be hailed as a significant learning moment, and low-risk failures too often summarily dismissed will be discussed. Specific examples will include technology adoption, cross-departmental communication, space design, and project launch processes.
