How Discovering Shared Values Can Make You Happier

Developing coherent culture and identity across a newly converged Information Services group (IT, library, and e-learning) is a significant challenge. This presentation describes how the University of Edinburgh used an appreciative inquiry process focused on shared values to improve cohesion and support staff morale during a time of considerable change.
