Implementing ITIL in South African Universities

The presentation will focus on how ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) was introduced in South African universities and then acted as catalyst to accelerate the merger of two very different institutions. It will discuss the obstacles and difficulties which faced a new institution and how ITIL established common ground.
