Operating on the leading edge of many disciplines increasingly requires advanced networking capabilities. A community-developed strategic plan is guiding Internet2 in supporting member organizations as they meet the cyberinfrastructure challenge. This session will provide an update on Internet2 community involvement in the Rural Health Care Pilot Project, the ARRA stimulus activity, and support of international programs, as well as how the Internet2 community is developing, deploying, and using various technologies to enable research, education, and collaboration.
