Once little more than an afterthought, student retention has become a college-wide endeavor for many higher education institutions. But few have systems in place to proactively target those students who are most at risk of leaving the institution. This presentation will discuss identifying the factors that help predict student attrition, using technology to detect at-risk students, and maximizing ROI by fully utilizing technology to support higher retention rates.
