Mentoring plays an essential role in developing the next generation of higher education IT and library leaders. Two mentoring teams, representing four different institutions, will share their mentoring experiences, including the mission and mechanics of mentoring and the roles of trust, flexibility, and honest communications in effectively building mentoring relationships.
