Multimedia Mapping for Community Development in Muhuru Bay, Kenya

Duke students are creating a multimedia-enriched mapping environment to support community development and documentation. Using GPS-enabled media-capture devices to create content, other students are filling in the map during an eight-week engagement project in Kenya. The presentation will demonstrate the map, outline project development, and discuss its pedagogical impact.
