Ambivalence: An Important Element for Understanding Student Satisfaction with Online and Blended Learning

Wednesday, October 13 | 3:30PM–4:20PM | Meeting Room 303A
Session Type: E2010
The presenters will demonstrate that students' satisfaction with their learning environments is mediated by their degree of ambivalence toward instructional modes. Ambivalent students express contradictory feelings such as praising the convenience and flexibility of online learning while lamenting the lack of face-to-face contact.
