With the advent of online video, audio, and podcasts, students are arriving at educational institutions with increasingly higher expectations for online access to rich-media coursework and other university-related content. This presentation will discuss Georgetown University's experiences with implementing a university-wide rich-media system and share the best practices it has learned during this project.
