The importance of partnerships in academia, particularly between libraries and IT operations, has long been recognized. The cycle of partnerships from identifying strategically desirable ones to maintaining, altering, or ending them deserves discussion. This poster proposes to use real examples of these cycles to illustrate process, measures, and change.
