Cyberinfrastructure

Friday, October 15, 2010 | 9:00AM–9:50AM | Meeting Room 209A
Session Type: E2010
Cyberinfrastructure has the potential to transform research at our institutions, yet progress seems varied, while few if any have figured out all the challenges. What are the key obstacles, and how can we address them to better support a research community that continues to rely more heavily on digital data, virtualized collaboration, and computational modeling and analysis? How can we better enable sharing between institutions, so we can leverage each other's successes and communally address challenges?
