Help! I Need Training Now! Providing Just-in-Time IT Training

Penn State has more than 100,000 faculty, staff, and students distributed among 20 campuses, and our need for IT training is difficult to meet in traditional face-to-face classes. In 2009, Penn State partnered with Lynda.com to deliver web-based training in a very cost-effective manner. This presentation will summarize how we leveraged our single sign-on infrastructure to provide access to 42,000 training videos.
