How to Use Social Media, Identity Management, and the Campus Portal to Effectively Communicate with Students

This session will outline how the portal can be used to facilitate communication and collaboration between groups within the organization. Participants will leave with concrete examples of interaction between administration/faculty and targeted student groups via the portal, including using communities, targeted alerts and announcements, customized calendaring, discussion boards, and document libraries.
