IT Governance: Implementation Strategies Developed at NTU (U.K.) and at USP (Brazil)

Nottingham Trent University and University of Sao Paulo have been implementing IT governance based on different models. In this presentation, we will overview what we have been doing in our universities, discuss how the same problem can be approached in different ways, present the models we have used, and give a practical assessment of what has worked and why.
