This meeting will address the adoption and implementation of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) guidance and related issues and obstacles specific to higher education. Depending on interest, we will conduct separate conversations for those who want to learn more about ITIL concepts and those who are already implementing them. The latter group will discuss implementing ITIL processes, using tools, offering training, and promoting a service management culture in higher education IT.
