This session will present a study of leading successful change in a department of close to 80 people. It will focus on how to engage staff, obtain buy-in from stakeholders, and engage people. Communication is a key element, so the presentation will focus on how to communicate appropriately to different stakeholders by understanding their needs. It will point out successes and pitfalls and demonstrate how business continuity was not jeopardized during the process.
