Making Teaching and Learning Technology Transparent for Faculty and Advantageous for IT Staff

We have implemented technology in our classrooms that is both transparent to our faculty and advantageous to our IT support staff. The ease of use of this technology has allowed our faculty to concentrate on their teaching rather than worry about the technology in the classroom.
