IT organizations and libraries must transform their services for undergraduates who take online resources for granted and consider support services to be less and less valuable. When planning for the future while grappling with budget constraints, IT and library leaders need evidence to support their decisions. This presentation will analyze data collected by the MISO Survey from undergraduates at 38 institutions between 2005 and 2010.
