This highly interactive workshop will be your guide to a model for defining or enhancing an IT policy program at institutions that currently employ an ad hoc approach in this area. From discussion of what an "IT" policy actually is, to the evolving role of an IT policy officer and through an effective policy development life cycle, we'll work through the key elements to consider so that you can tailor a framework to fit your campus's culture and organization. You'll leave with the tools and understanding needed to take your IT policy program to the next level.
