What happens when you take three separate institutions, tell them to collaborate to implement ERP applications, and then also move the operational administration/support to a hosted site? In this case study we will discuss the dynamics of this arrangement to see what higher education can do to help operate more efficiently (gain), while struggling with the "toils" of collaboration (pain).
