We are transforming our vulnerability (no workable disaster recovery program) into two virtualized, replicated, linked data centers. Meeting program return on investment and recovery point objectives transformed our policies and procedures, as well as our commitment to them; project scope and complexity transformed our project management methodology and our capital project funding model.
