A Collaborative Product: How Working Together Can Increase Effectiveness and Efficiency

Collaboration: we all know we should do it. But how? With whom? This presentation will give concrete examples of how processes infused with collaboration at multiple levels, with multiple frameworks (Scrum, project portfolio management, ITIL-based change management), and multiple purposes helped move IT forward at Wake Forest University.
