A Personalized Learning Ecosystem: Creating Engaging Teaching and Learning Experiences

Drawing on the learning sciences, a personalized learning ecosystem weaves together highly relevant and engaging learning materials, rich diagnostics and feedback, just-in-time interventions, and collaboration tools-hosted in the cloud and delivered anytime, anywhere. Taking an empirical, data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of our teaching and learning models at University of Phoenix, we can now ascertain how our students learn most effectively. In this presentation, we will tour the features of a new personalized learning platform and how they translate into improved learning outcomes.
