When the University of Florida began planning for a small animal hospital at the College of Veterinary Medicine, the objective was more than constructing a new building. Through its use of automation and control technologies, the new facility represents a quantum leap in veterinary medical instruction and has become an innovative model for teaching hospitals worldwide.
