Session Type:
E11
In the face of a rapidly changing and increasingly global workforce, organizations and educational institutions continue to stress the need for developing "deeper learning" skills such as communication, critical thinking, and analysis. As we build new learning experiences with technology, how do we know that deeper learning is occurring? How can we assess student competencies in these areas? Join grantees from the first round of Next Generation Learning Challenges funding to discuss their strategies for deeper learning assessment as they strive to help students connect with content and with each other in new ways.
