Bringing Conversation Back to Classroom, Virtually, and at No Cost

In an effort to facilitate class conversation and communication in college classes, two institutions have piloted cloud telephony services in classes. Faculty members were offered free VoIP telephone numbers to make and receive calls, plus a list of additional services, to allow simple and safe access for students.
