At this interactive session, attendees will analyze conditions needed to create collaborative and effective campus communities by using the backdrop of evolving real-life success stories at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Iowa State University. These communities are important mechanisms for shared expertise, professional development, and communications. Attendees will brainstorm how to start and sustain similar communities that align with their campus environment.
