Exploring Digital Scholarship: Assessment and Archiving

Wednesday, October 19, 2011 | 2:30PM–3:30PM | Table 33, Exhibit Hall A/B/C
Session Type: E11

Although universities seem awash in the digital, there is very little consensus about what constitutes digital scholarship, how it compares to traditional work, and how it should be catalogued, preserved and accessed. This seminar will examine digital scholarship: its definition, construction, avenues of dissemination, and implications for intellectual property.
