The Nevada System of Higher Education's ERP project, iNtegrate, required collaboration from seven institutions on business processes and modifications to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. The project's governance model and change management techniques enabled its completion on time and under budget. iNtegrate's Project Office staff will discuss the model and its success.
