In late 2009, the presenter inherited a lab and classroom support group that used practices virtually unchanged since the late 1990s and was tasked with retrofitting it for the 21st century. This mandate was achieved through a hybrid virtualization solution, updated support tactics and methodologies, and a little common sense.
