Improving Upper-Class Persistence Through Automated, Data-Driven Advising

Upper-class attrition accounts for half of all departure and can be effectively addressed though proactive advisement on registration and major selection. We will share findings and guidance from universities that are using leading-edge practices to facilitate data-driven advising sessions and develop automated systems for intervening with off-course students.
