ITIL in Higher Education

We will address the adoption and implementation of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) guidance and related issues and obstacles for higher education. Depending on interest, we will conduct separate conversations for those who want to learn more about ITIL concepts and for those who are already implementing them. The latter group will be involved in discussions of ITIL processes implementations, usage of tools, training, and ways to promote a Service Management culture in higher education IT.
