Millennial students are portrayed as special, sheltered, achieving, confident, team-oriented, pressured, and conventional, but Koc (2008) argued that these traits are inadequate descriptors. Our overall goal was to assess the applicability of the millennial traits and to describe trait associations reported by 302 university and community college participants.
