Few activities shape the culture of an institution more than the reappointment, tenure, and promotion (RTP) process. With large cadres of candidates submitting increasingly complex materials for review, traditional paper-bound processes were difficult to manage and perceived as needlessly cumbersome and obsolete. This session describes a two-year transition to a completely paperless, online submission process.
