Universities that employ both centralized and decentralized staff often report unacceptable and frustrating levels of conflict between these groups. This session will present a conceptual framework that embraces both groups and provides real strategies that will allow you to have the right conversations and start benefitting immediately from a more effective and cost-efficient IT service deployment. Though each university is different, the model is flexible enough so you can adapt it to your unique organizational culture and traditional way of working. Please Note: a laptop is required for this seminar.
